In Ancient Greek, ῥοή (Roí) means flow - the natural, continuous movement of water, life and energy. Water doesn't stop flowing because obstacles appear; it adjusts, changes direction where needed, and keeps moving.

Therapy isn't about removing every obstacle from your life. It's about developing the flexibility and confidence to respond differently, so anxiety no longer gets to decide the direction you're heading.

I'm Fotini Brinia, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist offering online therapy for adults in English and Greek. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing me to tailor therapy to you.

I have a particular interest in working with anxiety disorders, especially OCD, while also supporting neurodivergent adults and people navigating life across cultures.

I don't believe therapy has to feel cold or clinical. My aim is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and feel supported to approach your experiences with curiosity as we try something different together.
