About Me
My name is Fotini (she/her).
I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist based in London, offering evidence-based therapy in a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space. I offer therapy in English and Greek.
I have experience working with depression and a range of anxiety difficulties, including PTSD, as well as mild to moderate eating-related concerns and mental health difficulties in the context of long-term health conditions.
How I work
I believe that feeling safe, understood, and respected is central to meaningful therapeutic work. I take time to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, openness, and compassion.
I am mindful of different communication styles and needs, and aim to create an environment where we can work at your pace and where you can feel comfortable bringing your whole self to sessions.
My training and background
Alongside my formal training, I have worked across a range of roles and capacities within both the NHS and private sector over the past seven years. This includes working within talking therapies services and supporting other clinicians in supervisory roles.
I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development so that my work remains reflective, current, and responsive to your needs.
